DELIVERY POLICY

 

OISHI endeavors to provide to its customers the best delivery service. We usually estimate all delivery costs based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise.

We do understand that assembling your furniture can sometimes be a tedious task; for this reason, we offer an additional and a very affordable service for all Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane-based deliveries.

Deliveries usually take place Monday to Saturday between 10am to 5pm. Because some deliveries might involve valuable goods, our delivery team is entitled to produce a proof of delivery.

We do deliver Australia-Wide and provided your items are in stock, delivery lead times for furniture generally will be as follows:

*Note that the above lead times quoted are in business days and deliveries to Capital Cities only. However, if you live in a remote area, you should consider 5-10 additional days for the items to reach you.

*Delivery lead time is calculated from the point of collection. Goods are collected once a week. Please allow additional 1-5 working days for total lead time.

Although OISHI does its utmost to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location and order size will also impact on the speed of delivery. And whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by providing the best delivery update, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third-party courier company.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

 

·        Standard service includes delivery into door, with two men job available in selected areas only. There is no charge for this service for Ethnicraft items in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

·        VIP ‘White Gloves’ service is available. This includes delivery into doors, up to two flights of stairs* or apartments with lifts, unpacking of items, assembly (if required) and removal of all packing materials. *Subject to access, and product size and weight. A safe pathway is required to deliver your order. Charges will depend on location, access and volume of order – please contact us to discover the most competitive pricing. PICKING UP YOUR ORDER

 

Our warehouse is only open for public pick-ups on an appointment basis during business hours (Monday to Friday).

Collection times are by appointment only and we require 72 hours’ notice. Please call us on 02 9958 8777 and quote your order number.
Communicate with us if there are items you would like to collect from our showroom.

We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up. If you need your goods urgently, feel free to contact us.

OISHI is not responsible for any damage caused by a third-party courier you arranged to collect your orders.
