IN-STORE RETURNS
All purchases are final. We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. If your purchase is considered faulty, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, OISHI is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. We are not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. OISHI reserves the right to examine the item in question.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases made at our OISHI retail store or if the item is no longer suitable.
ON-LINE RETURNS
Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement. Please also see our warranty page for more information.
